Университет Австралии - Prime Minister launches the National Security Strategy

The Prime Minister Julia Gillard launches the National Security Strategy and opens the G J Yeend Wing of the J G Crawford building at The Australian National University.

Sir Geoffrey Yeend was a distinguished Secretary of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and then both Pro Chancellor and Chancellor of the ANU. The naming of the Wing is a fitting tribute to a career in public service, and a very appropriate reflection of the ANU's focus on excellence in public policy education and research.
