Substitutions

Now in the previous tutorial, we spoke about our two center backs not having the greatest attributes in the world. They're tall and strong, but are likely to fade late in the game. That's bad news for us if we're nursing a 1 goal lead.

For that reason, we're going to look for our two best replacement center backs using the same criteria as above. Their stamina shouldn't matter as much, because remember, we're only going to use them at the end of the game if we're winning. If we're losing, or tied up, we'll look to replace our attackers as that clearly makes more sense.

Up next, we notice an 84 overall player on our bench. Muller didn't make the cut because of our formation didn't really call for a CAM, or center attacking midfielder. However, Kroos and Schweinstager have low stamina, so we could use him there. He also has great finishing, which is shot accuracy inside the box, and attack position, which is the tendency to create space to get a better chance at scoring.

Because of this he would also make a great forward replacement. Robben and Ribery have less than stellar stamina, so you could use him here as well. Using Muller is a must, but where you put him as dependent on the game situation.

If you're winning, you may be better off putting him in the midfield. I know he isn't made for that, but it's an option. So is Luiz Gustavo. If you're losing, replace whoever is the most tired betwee Robben and RIbery.
